When you connect third-party platforms (such as analytics or search tools), we process data you authorize us to access, which may include:

Search performance data
Website analytics data
Indexing and visibility metrics
Metadata associated with connected properties

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide this data and grant us access.

We may collect limited technical data, such as:

IP address
Device and browser type
Usage activity within the platform
Log data related to performance and security

This information is used for system operation, security, and improvement.

3. How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain SEO Pipeline

Track compute usage and enforce plan limits
Process billing and subscriptions

4. Artificial Intelligence & Data Processing

SEO Pipeline uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze data and generate outputs.

Customer data is used only to provide the Service
Customer data is not used to train public or general-purpose AI models
AI outputs may be stored to support functionality, continuity, and historical context within your account

Derived intelligence, embeddings, scoring systems, and internal representations are part of Semantic OS’s proprietary system.

5. Data Ownership & Control

You retain ownership of:

Your original data
User-authored annotations
Saved deliverables you explicitly create

Semantic OS retains ownership of:

Platform architecture
Models, embeddings, and derived intelligence
Internal scoring systems and system-generated relationships

Access to data is governed by your active subscription and plan capacity.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to:

Provide the Service
Meet operational, legal, or compliance requirements

Data retention is tied to subscription status and plan capacity.

Upon cancellation or downgrade, data may be deleted in accordance with our Terms of Service.

7. Data Export & Deletion Requests

Upon cancellation, you may submit a written request for eligible data export.

Eligible data will be provided as a downloadable ZIP file within up to 14 days

Export includes:

Saved deliverables
Chat summaries
User-authored annotations

Export excludes:

Crawls
Raw datasets
Embeddings
Internal system intelligence and derived data

Download links may expire. Data may be permanently deleted after a defined retention period.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

With service providers (e.g., infrastructure, analytics, billing) acting on our behalf
When required by law, regulation, or legal process
To protect the rights, security, or integrity of Semantic OS or users
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring

We do not sell or rent personal data.

9. Third-Party Services

SEO Pipeline integrates with third-party platforms at your direction.

We do not control third-party privacy practices
Data shared with third parties is governed by their policies

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and managing user access.

If you access SEO Pipeline from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
