SEO Pipeline – Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026


This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of SEO Pipeline, a product operated by Semantic OS, Inc. (“Semantic OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By using SEO Pipeline, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Purpose of This Policy

SEO Pipeline is a proprietary AI-powered intelligence platform designed to support SEO analysis, research, and decision-making.


This AUP exists to:


  • Protect the integrity of the platform
  • Prevent misuse or abuse
  • Ensure lawful and ethical use
  • Safeguard third-party platforms and data sources


2. Authorized Use

You may use SEO Pipeline only:



  • For lawful purposes
  • In compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • With data and accounts you are authorized to access
  • In compliance with third-party platform terms


You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including actions taken by invited team members, contractors, or collaborators.


3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use SEO Pipeline to:


3.1 Unauthorized Access & Data Misuse
  • Access, ingest, or analyze data you do not have permission to use
  • Connect accounts or properties without proper authorization
  • Circumvent access controls or security measures


3.2 Violation of Third-Party Terms
  • Violate the terms, policies, or usage limits of connected platforms (e.g., search engines, analytics providers)
  • Use SEO Pipeline to evade, bypass, or undermine third-party safeguards


3.3 Abuse of the Platform or Infrastructure
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary system data
  • Access or attempt to access internal models, embeddings, or scoring logic
  • Interfere with or disrupt platform performance
  • Excessively consume resources in a manner designed to bypass plan limits


3.4 Resale, Redistribution & Misrepresentation
  • Resell or sublicense SEO Pipeline access without authorization
  • Present system-generated intelligence as proprietary technology you own
  • White-label outputs as an independent product without permission
  • Misrepresent SEO Pipeline outputs as guaranteed or authoritative outcomes


3.5 Harmful, Unlawful, or Deceptive Conduct
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
  • Use the platform for unlawful SEO practices or spam campaigns
  • Generate or distribute malicious content
  • Use the platform to harm, harass, or exploit others


4. AI-Specific Use Restrictions

You acknowledge that SEO Pipeline outputs are probabilistic and informational.


You may not:


  • Represent AI-generated outputs as factual guarantees
  • Use outputs as the sole basis for irreversible decisions
  • Attribute AI-generated claims to Semantic OS as statements of fact


You are responsible for verifying outputs before implementation.


5. Compute Usage & Fair Use

You agree to:


  • Use the platform within your subscription’s compute limits
  • Accept overage charges if limits are exceeded
  • Not attempt to bypass metering, throttling, or enforcement mechanisms


Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.


6. Team Members & Shared Access

If you invite additional users:


  • You are responsible for their access and conduct
  • Their actions are deemed your actions
  • You must ensure they understand and comply with this AUP


Semantic OS is not responsible for misuse by invited users.


7. Enforcement & Consequences

Semantic OS reserves the right to:


  • Monitor usage for compliance
  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Suspend or terminate access for violations
  • Remove or restrict access to integrations or features


Enforcement actions may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform or third parties.


8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of this AUP, you agree to notify us promptly.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.


Continued use of SEO Pipeline constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
